It's Not Easy to Get Fat for Smokers Who Quit Smoking with Electronic Cigarettes

    Many smokers have troubles that their appetite is increased and weight is gained when they give up smoking. Recently, researchers from British and New Zealand find that it is not easy to get fat for smokers who quit smoking with electronic cigarettes.


    Lately, an article about cigarettes and nicotine shows that smokers'  weight is gained when they quit smoking because of nicotine leads to a decrease of their appetite. However, smokers' appetite keeps normal when they quit smoking with electronic cigarettes contain nicotine.

    As we all know, smoking can bring smokers disease and restrain their appetite, which leads to some smokers control their weight by smoking. It has been said that the reason getting fat after quitting smoking is lacking nicotine in their bodies, and then their appetites increase as well, which makes their weight change.

    Some smokers even don't quit smoking for being afraid of getting fat. Therefore, it's appropriate for them to quit smoking with electronic cigarettes due to ones contain nicotine, which means their appetite won't increase.

    Even though there is no a long term of security data of electronic cigarettes, a public thinking is that the health damage caused by electronic cigarettes is less than 5%  compared to that of cigarettes.

    Meanwhile, a data shows that electronic cigarettes are the most effective substitute goods of cigarettes.

    But electronic cigarettes are not totally harmful, so it's not appropriate for people who don't smoke. While electronic cigarettes are a good choice for smokers who want to quit smoking.
