Why my iStick TC100w can't reach 100W or 120W after upgraded?

The actual output of the iStick TC100W is restricted by three theoretic parameters: maximum current 25A, maximum voltage 10V, maimum power 100W(120W after updating the software).

According to these formulas: P=U2/R (P:power, U:voltage, R:resistance)
P=I2*R
When the resistance is 0.15ohm, it will be restricted by maximum current 25A.
The actual maximum power: P=I2*R=25*25*0.15=93.75W
When the resistance is equal or greater than 0.19ohm, it can reach to 120w.
When the resistance is less than or equal to 0.19ohm, it can't reach to 120w.
